The FDA has finally granted full authorization for the Pfizer Covid vaccine.  This will remove all the legal problems regarding vaccine mandates.  

Booster shots are now available for the immunocompromised and for every one starting the end of September.  

The administration has mandated that all nursing home staff be required if fed funding is to continue.

The administration loves more administratation.  There will be a new health office under HHS to get hospitals to provide greener care.  It will be called the Office of Climate Change and Health Equity.  

The California Medical Board has threatened their physicians that if they hand out fake mask exemptions they run the risk of losing their licenses.  This came after a physician was accused of selling mask exemptions.

The Illinois Medical Board is in trouble.  They went after a physician who is also on a school board for his stance on in-school making.  He spoke against the mandate and this was prior to a state executive order requiring all PreK-12 schools to enforce a mask mandate.  A state legislator has now opened an official inquiry into the Board's action against the physician's ability to use free speech.

Illinois Governor Pritzker has signed a bill requiring hospitals starting 1/1/22 to cap how much they can collect from uninsured patients.  It will be lowered from 25% to 15% of a person's income.           Top
