California is still full of fruits and nuts.  The Governor who would like to become president has announced that the state will need to borrow $3.44 Billion so they can continue to fund medical care for illegal aliens.  This will only be enough money for the end of the month.  The idiots of the Democratic controlled legislature want to continue this mad poorly thought out disaster.

The Senate approved the House passed bill and President Trump signed it delaying disproportionate until at least September 30.  It also allowed the continuation of telehealth and hospital at home programs until the same date.  The thing that was left off the bill was the correction of the 2.3% pay cut for physicians treating Medicare patients.  I understand the math but this means that more physicians will go to hospital clinic practices, robbing the medical sector of good independent physicians and driving up the cost of health are for all.  Maybe they could take some money frm the hospitals by doing away with the increase pay to physicians practicing in hospital run offices.        Top
