The Democratic led CMS is now planning to expedite EMTALA probes.  For years patients have asked for this but nothing.  Now with the abortion flap they are finally moving.

In another attempt to get votes this fall Biden has announced that about 100,000 DACA will get health care starting just before the November election under O Care.  They got this by changing the definition of "legally present" which may be illegal as many of his other executive actions have been ruled.

The Biden administration is thinking that they will not have a second term and are working as fast as possible to try legally or not to keep their priorities from being reversed by the Trump administration.  

Senator Schumer is planning to have health bills voted on for no other reason that politics.  This is not what is important to Americans, it's the economy, stupid.      Top

California has fined Shasta Regional Medical Center $244,000 for a wrong body part nerve block.  They also were fined last year twice once for an adverse event and then for a surgery on a wrong body part.        Top

Dr. Sherri Tenpenny of Ohio claimed during the pandemic that the Covid vaccines can magnetize patients has now had her medical license reinstated.  She has met the Board's conditions for reinstatement which meant she paid her fine of $3000.

California is proving itself as the kookiest of all states.  The latest idiocy is allowing Arizona physicians to so abortions in California with a 5 day application approval.  This California law became effective now and runs through November 30.  Arizona physicians may do abortions now and the Arizona Supreme Court will make sure the Arizona law will never take effect.        Top
