Southern California has directed its paramedics to not waste oxygen on transporting patients to the hospital who are not going to make it. They also should only give supplemental oxygen to those whose saturation is below 90%. This is due to the overwhelmed hospitals in the area from Covid.
There have been more papers published in peer reviewed journals stating the vaccines may have immunity for up to one year. Also the amount of reactions to the vaccine have been almost miniscule. there have been 21 significant reactions and almost all are in those who have significant allergies in the past. There has been one death but that is probably not related to the vaccine but to a prior disease. Top
Houston Methodist is offering its employees a $500 bonus to take the Covid vaccine. This vaccine bonus is part of the bonus fr rewarding workers for their extra effort during the Covid crisis. the vaccine is not yet madatory for the workers but will be soon. Top
Left out of the covid vaccine distribution are the physicians and their office staff who do not go to the hospital. That means that their patients will also be left out of getting the vaccine until they can make other arrangements like waiting at a vaccine clinic. This is difficult at best especially for those with mobility issues. Top
