The nurses at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worchester, Massachusetts have again filed state and federal complaints about the hospital. They contend that IV restrictions and chronic understaffing have led to two preventable deaths and other health issues. This is the sixth complaint made by the nurses regarding the hospital.
