It makes no difference if people get the virus as long as they do not get very ill.

It also extended a break for race car tracks and allowed the "three martini lunch" write off. The good thing in the plan was the ban on surprise medical bills by providers with the exception of land ambulances. The providers must negotiate with insurers and leave the patients out of it. It also increased by 3.75% physician's payments and put $3 billion more into the Provider's Relief Fund. After debating President Trump signed the legislation.

The Illinois Health Review Board is refusing Mercy Hospital in Chicago's South Side the ability to close in July 2021. It wants them to stay open and continue to lose a bunch of money. Doubt if that will happen. The hospital issued a statement the next day that they will close on schedule. Top
