In early June the medical staff of The Medical Center of South Arkansas had a vote of no confidence toward its administration.  Two months later the Board voted to request a new administration strategy.  This include a new "interim" chief medical officer and establishing a physician advisory council.  There will also be possibly a second on call OR team.

The FDA has authorized vaccine boosters for the immunocompromised.  Do not be surprised if they recommend all get booster shots by the end of the year.        Top

The Seattle Children's Hospital CEO and the board chair have been asked to resign by some activists.  They believe there is systemic racism, whatever that is, in the hospital.          Top
