As a follow-up to the above the administration renewed the Covid emergency for an additional three months. This is more understandable as it is purely political. This allows the continued giving of free stuff and not taking things away until the election.
The Governor of Michigan has signed a law shortening the time payers have to determine prior authorization requests before they are automatically considered granted. The consideration of pre-authorization must be based on clinical evidence established with input from practicing physicians, not just their paid sheep.
