The feds will now pay for genetic tests for cancer patients to help with drug matching and clinical trials.

Washington state has fined Centene $100,000 for not fixing their physicians in certain specialties.  The company is also being sued by consumers who are not able to access physicians due to short supply.  The company is used to dealing with Medicaid and not paying enough to get hospitals nor physician into the fold.

West Virginia has a new law that would limit opiates to a set number depending on who wrote them. Patients in long term facilities, cancer patients and hospice patients are not affected.          Top
